Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send it to production. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a delivery address we cannot ship to or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund the full amount.

You can cancel an order before production starts. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has started we cannot cancel it.

All prices are in US dollars. The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay.

The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add anything after you place the order.

Payment methods: Cards and other payment methods shown at checkout (processed by Stripe). Payments are processed by Stripe.

Every shirt is made to order. See our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Exchanges page for delivery estimates and for what happens if something is wrong.

Colors may differ slightly between your screen and the printed shirt. Sizing information is in our FAQ.

WEIRDISTRY artwork, characters, text and site content are protected by intellectual property laws where applicable. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Our designs are developed with AI-assisted tools and refined by humans.

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it and no spam or unlawful content through the contact form.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, WEIRDISTRY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
