Questions about your information: support@weirdistry.com

• Messages you send us: your name, email address, topic, optional order number and the text of your message.
• Technical and usage information: pages and products viewed, items added to the cart, search terms, the country you pick for shipping, device type and browser type. We collect it with our own analytics, without cookies and without storing your IP address. We use a short code derived from your connection that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next.
• Server logs: our servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser and time of request, for security and troubleshooting.
• Your device: your shopping cart and wishlist are saved in your browser on your own device. We also remember in your browser which link brought you to the store (for example a link from Instagram), for up to 30 days, so we can see which posts lead to orders. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Our print-on-demand partner Printify, its print providers and delivery carriers receive your name, shipping address and contact details so they can produce and deliver your order.

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.

• To understand which designs and pages are popular and to improve the store.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

• Service providers that help us run the store, such as web hosting and email, and for orders Stripe and Printify. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

• Messages: for as long as needed to answer you and handle follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
• Analytics events: they contain no name or email address. We keep them to understand long-term trends.

Depending on where you live, for example in California, Canada or Australia, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to certain uses. Write to support@weirdistry.com and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

WEIRDISTRY is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
